It’s critical for websites to appear on Page 1 of Google, especially in one of the top three organic positions, as these spots receive 58.4 percent of all clicks from users, according to a new study from Optify.

These results clearly show that with an aver- age 37% click through rate, the benefit of ranking number one is very valuable, and with 60% of the clicks going to the top three (usu- ally above the fold), ranking at the top of the first page is more valuable than ever.
